Who is Alessandro?

Alessandro is an Italian entrepreneur who has been living in Dubai since 2012. Over the past years he has built a successful career in the Dubai Real Estate Market and built a following of investors from all over around the world.

He is specialized in speculative financial transactions that use real estate as a mean to maximized ROE in the shortest period of time possible. He was awarded as top sales performer for year 2023.

Early Life

In 2008 he joined a study exchange program with “Intercultura” and studied a year in Florianopolis, Brazil. In 2012 he graduated in Management Engineering in Milan, Italy and won a scholarship at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro in the USA. In 2010 he visited a friend in Dubai, who had recently moved there, and fell in love with Dubai, the city of the future…

He got his first job at Ferrari Middle East as a Marketing Assistant. But he felt automotive was not for him and was fascinated by Real Estate so he applied for sales job. Since then, he has never left the world of sales and Real Estate. After few years, he started his own Real Estate Company with focus on Investors only.

A real estate agency is not enough:

Even if his agency was very successful, at one point, he realized that a real estate agency is not enough to serve investors. So he decided to close his company and join a Real Estate Group that would allow him to offer a 360 degree real estate service which includes: legal support, property management, short term rental, mortgage brokerage , visas, company set up etc.) So he joined Provident Real Estate Broker, one of the top real estate groups in Dubai.

Focusing on investors only:

Thanks to his studies and experience, Alessandro is now specialized in speculative financial transactions that use real estate a tool to maximize the return on equity.

In 2023, he was awarded with first place, resulting in the highest rank achieved in the sales department

Furthermore, he organizes and moderate weekly Online Networking Events, every Friday at 1:00 pm (Dubai Time), where guests have the chance to make plenty of connections.
